Drawing & Painting Level I
Drawing and Painting Level I is a fun and engaging class designed for our youngest artists, ages 3 to 4. In this class, we use non-toxic, easy-to-wash watercolors and markers to introduce children to the world of art. The focus is on improving hand agility through simple, creative projects that spark their imagination. This early introduction to art helps to lay the foundation for a lifelong love of creativity while ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for every child.
Drawing & Painting Level II & III
Drawing and Painting Level II and III is designed for young artists ages 5 to 8 who are ready to build on their foundational skills. In this class, we continue to use non-toxic, easy-to-wash watercolors and markers, focusing on more detailed projects that enhance hand agility and artistic expression. Through guided practice and creative exploration, students will deepen their understanding of art while having fun, setting the stage for a lifelong appreciation of creativity.
Anime Illustration
Our Anime Illustration Class is designed for students ages 8 and up, including teens, who are passionate about anime and want to develop their skills in this unique art style. We’re proud to be one of the first in our community to offer a class dedicated to anime illustration, using professional-grade supplies like archival-level liners and alcohol-based markers. Led by industry professionals, this class provides young artists with the tools and techniques used by experts, helping them create detailed and expressive anime artwork. Whether they’re aspiring illustrators or just fans of the genre, students will gain valuable skills and insights in this one-of-a-kind class.
Painting
Our Painting class for ages 8 and up offers a dynamic exploration of watercolor and acrylic painting techniques. In this class, students will learn the fundamentals of color theory, brushwork, and composition while experimenting with these versatile mediums. Whether they’re new to painting or looking to refine their skills, this class provides a supportive environment where young artists can express their creativity and develop their unique artistic style.
Sketching
Our Sketching class for ages 8 and up is designed to help young artists master the essentials of drawing. Using pencils, colored pencils, and charcoal, students will explore techniques such as shading, perspective, and texture. This class focuses on developing strong foundational skills that will enhance their ability to observe and capture the world around them, while also allowing them to express their creativity through sketching.
Mixed Media
Our Mixed Media Class for ages 5 to 8 offers a creative exploration of different materials and techniques. In this class, students work with air-dry clay to craft small figures, and occasionally dive into jewelry making and origami. The variety of projects not only sparks their imagination but also helps improve hand agility as they learn to shape, mold, and construct with different mediums. It's a fun and engaging way for young artists to expand their skills and express their creativity.
